You can instantly know what your thoughts are by monitoring your feelings. The way you feel is related to what you are thinking about. If you are feeling bad, you are thinking of things that are taking constructive thoughts away from your Christian home based business. If you are feeling good, you are thinking things that are helping you focus on building your home business.
Once you decide your purpose or your goal, your thoughts will either move you closer to your goal or away from it. You can tell what you are thinking, based on how you feel. If you feel discouraged, depressed or otherwise down, you know that your thoughts are not aligned with, or supporting your goals.
