Tips To Maximize Your Use Of Traffic Exchanges
Copyright © Leon Bowes http://www.HonestlyFreeHomeBiz.comUsing traffic exchanges is an good way to generate traffic and promote your business on a tight budget. Lets discuss how you can get a good value for your money with TE advertising credits. Traffic exchanges generally charge you 1 credit each time your advertisement appears in their rotation. If your ads appear 50 times a day, you are charged 50 credits. If you run out of credits, your ads will stop showing automatically. There are a number of ways to earn advertising credits on traffic exchanges. The most common way is to surf the traffic exchange and earn credits by viewing other advertising pages. In most cases, a free account requires you to surf 3 pages to get 1 credit. Even though you can do this with a free account, it is worth considering upgrading you account to a paid status, but only if your budget allows. Upgrading brings you several time saving advantages. First of all, your credit earning ratio will increase to 2:1 or 1:1 depending on the level of upgrade. Secondly you will be given a large number of extra credits every month as long as you maintain your upgrade status. Another way to get advertising credit is to buy them. Many exchange owners will run special half off or low price credit offers. Keep your eye for those special offers and take advantage of them. There is no reason you should ever pay the advertised price for credits. Traffic exchanges often give away free credits to celebrate special events like anniversaries. You can also earn bonus credits when you complete a certain number of page views during a surfing session. Many exchanges have random bonuses every 25 or 30 pages throughout the surfing session. Another way to earn bonus credit is to build a downline. Every time you recruit a new member, you will usually earn a certain number of credits. If the member upgrades, you will receive a commission. Once your downline has grown to a certain size, you will no longer need to spend as much time surfing to generate credits. Many TE users are not aware that they receive three types of credits from most exchanges; standard credits, banner credits, and text ad credits. Reserve your standard credits for your main offers and use the banner and text ad credits to cross promote your TEs or low priority program. You can also promote the exchanges on your website and blog. Make a list of all the TEs you have joined, and include your affiliate links to make it easy for people to check your list and sign up right from your webpage. I highly recommend Traffic Showdown as the traffic exchange with the best deal for your money. The owner, Kym Robinson, is very generous with free credits. By following the tips in this article you should be able to earn thousands of extra credits each month to promote your Internet marketing campaigns without spending hours surfing traffic exchanges for credits. Is That Christian Home Business A Scam?
Copyright © Leon Bowes http://www.HonestlyFreeHomeBiz.comYou have seen them, you have clicked on them and you have even shelled out your hard earned money in hopes that this is the Christian home business you have been looking for. Yes, work from home schemes promising you huge sums of money for selling a product, stuffing envelopes, clicking ads, making phone calls, and so on. Truly, it seems like there are more Get Rich Quick schemes on the Internet than legitimate opportunities. Unfortunately, they are meant to take your hard earned cash leaving you feeling miserable and stupid. So, just how can you make sure that a Christian home business is legitimate? By using some common sense and taking the time to do a thorough investigation on the company or program. Better Business Bureau. Check with your local Better Business Bureau {BBB} to determine whether the company has had any complaints filed against it. If they are out of state, check with the BBB in the area where the company is located. State Attorney General Office. Every state has an Attorney General Office and they are usually the agency responsible for investigating complaints against companies. Forums and Blogs. Do a Google search on the company name and narrow the results down by adding negative words like complaint, scam, dishonest, etc. If a company is promoting a scam program it is likely someone has published that information somewhere. Be careful, if there is too much praise about a company, there could be a company plant placed online to create a positive image about their program. On the other hand, bad news could be a just a few unhappy people. Don't Ever Pay For A Job. If you applied for a job at Burger King, do they charge you to train and work for them? If you are required to pay for a product or training material up front, this should be a red flag to you. In summary, use common sense (If it sounds to good to be true, IT IS!) and do your investigation before starting any Christian home business. Ask hard questions and pray for divine guidance before making any final decision. New Sources Of Traffic For Christian Home Businesses
Submitted by Leon Bowes Anyone who has online Christian home businesses will know the importance of a consistent flow of visitors to their website. Without traffic, your website will not be seen by anyone and you will not make any sales. When it comes to free traffic, search engine optimization (SEO) is the main strategy to tackle. You want to get your site ranked on the first page of the search results for terms that you are targeting. Having a good ranking for a select few highly searched terms can bring you loads of free traffic but technically, the traffic is not free. You have to put a lot of effort into link building, optimizing your site, etc. This takes time and as the saying goes, time is money. In this article, we are going to focus on paid sources of traffic. This is the fastest way you can generate a lot of traffic to test your sales page for conversions. The most effective paid traffic is that generated through pay-per-click (PPC) platforms such as Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing and Microsoft adCenter. These three platforms get the greatest share of PPC traffic so you should focus on them. Master them and you will be on your way to creating streams of traffic on demand. It is important, however, to be constantly testing new sources of paid traffic. Social media advertising is another option people use to advertise their Christian home businesses. MySpace and Facebook have recently launched their own self-service advertising platform. With the ability to target a certain demographic that corresponds to your business, you may see some high conversion numbers. There are a large number of social media and social networking sites that you can test. Media buying through banner networks is another option. Most of these companies have easy-to-use platforms where you can easily upload your banner to create an ad campaign. Then you can specify your ad budget and also target the categories of sites you want your ad to appear on. Alternatively, you can also approach individual site owners to advertise on their sites. Think of sites that your prospective customers tend to visit, such as forums or blogs. As you branch out to other traffic sources, be sure to keep track of the results of your tests. After a period of testing, gather all the data and analyze them to make a decision whether the traffic is profitable. If it is not, drop it and move on to the next traffic source. Another thing you can do is to set aside a portion of your profits for the purpose of testing. When people have a disciplined approach to continuously increase the traffic to their Christian home businesses, they will reap massive benefits in the long run. Honest Christian Home Businesses--What Is That?
Copyright © Leon Bowes http://www.HonestlyFreeHomeBiz.comHas honesty become a thing of the past? Too many people are asking themselves this question as they search the Internet. As the unstable economy takes its toll on many people around the world, they are continually looking for alternatives to solve their financial dilemma, including the Internet. In a desperate search to find a fundamental solution, they spend their hard-earned money on Get Rich Schemes only to find out that the bargain they hoped for was not a bargain after all. With bruised hopes, dreams, and an empty wallet many people reciprocate. Some may pass it off by learning negative things such as not trusting anyone else again. Others quit buying online altogether. While many others, run and tell there friends they got ripped-off, giving honest marketers a bad rap. Either way we look at these facts, we still come to the same conclusion. We need to change the way we are doing things and become more ethically inclined with our Christian home businesses. Honesty has a great deal to do with any marketer, if not for any other reason but to be able to continue with our business. Secondly, it helps someone else get what they need. You may be saying to yourself, but I am honest in my work. You probably are! There are still many Internet marketers that use ethical marketing techniques when selling their products and services. But are we passing these ethical techniques to our downline? Are we teaching them about honesty? We can be examples for them. We leave the decision to them. The newbie will then learn from their mistakes. Without customers and future financing, they will once again seek wisdom from the old timers. Then, and only then, will online marketing be instrumental in economic growth so it can stand firm and we can prosper with our Christian home businesses. Trust is built on the very foundation of honesty, especially when dealing with costumers. It is a two-way street, the consumer gets what they paid for and their is still money in their wallets so they can buy other things. The Internet marketer on the other hand, gets a returning costumer that will tell their friends, who will in turn tell their friends, and so on. In the mean time, the Internet marketer is building lasting relationships, making money and getting a fantastic reputation. So, I guess we need to ask ourselves; Do we continue with this cut-throat attitude and eat dirt or do we claim the power from past years and help change the mindset of the consumer. This will lead us to bigger profits with our Christian home businesses and everyone will be happy? Honesty In Christian Businesses From Home
Copyright © Leon Bowes http://www.HonestlyFreeHomeBiz.comThe internet is a wonderful place to start a Christian business from home, but with the continuous flood of spyware, malware, and spam; it can be a horrible experience as well as frustrating for the average user. I am amazed, but not surprised, by the unethical practices that internet businesses use to sell products online. My experience has been an honest return for honesty when dealing with online customers. Maybe it is not a quick sale while I sleep, but I can look at myself in the mirror in the morning and know I did the right thing. I would rather have a customer for life that enjoys my Christian work at home ideas than make a fly by night sale to a customer that I tricked into buying my product or service. It is not always about the bottom line but it should be about service and product value. The one major challenge with doing business online is that we do not always get to be face to face with our customers, however, there are ways around this that will bring value to your customer and value in repeat business. It does not cost much to send out a thank you card. I think at times we forget that email is not the only way to communicate. With the existence of spam, it is not always the best way to communicate either. The internet can be a very impersonal place. It is ethically challenging to all of us who try to sell a product or service online. Is there a chance we are giving away too much with little return? I can guarantee that over time, the word gets around, and your Christian business from home will develop a core group of customers who value your service and will tell others. Promoting Christian work at home ideas is a challenge in the fast paced internet world. We cannot offer the huge discounts the major chain stores can, but we can offer service and value for the product. Christian Businesses Survive Tough Economic Times
Copyright © Leon Bowes http://www.HonestlyFreeHomeBiz.comSmart Christian business owners and entrepreneurs wanting their businesses to remain strong during the current global economic crisis know that the best options are to follow, focus and have faith in God. Our Creator has always given Christians the wisdom to prosper in tough economic situations. Remember Joseph had a vision of an upcoming famine and God gave him the wisdom to plan ahead helping Egypt avoid the world-wide famine. (Genesis 41) During the "Great Depression", there were companies that not only survived, but did very well and grew during this period. Successful businessmen like Andrew Carnegie, Milton Hershey, and George McMurty were also able to thrive and prosper. They instilled God's power into their businesses by rejecting the practice of taking advantage of employees which prevailed in the business world at large, but rather embraced charity, kindheartedness and other Christian ideals as their management tools.(Malachi 3:5) The Christian business owners who are innovative in their ideas to make a dramatic change from the traditional methods to adopting a comprehensive, (spiritual and physical) approach to business activities continue to be empowered by God for success. There should be more businesses where, prayer and planning go hand in hand, customer relationship management is modeled after the unconditional love of Christ and restoration of the church and the community are equally important. Imagine the impact that could be made in your Christian business, if you utilized the comprehensive physical and spiritual resources available. The same Christ that died to save our souls, wants to save our communities and save Christian businesses also. Thoughts And Words Affect Christian Businesses
Copyright © Leon Bowes http://www.HonestlyFreeHomeBiz.com If you have a desire to start your own Christian business, distinguish situations where spiritual tools can be used to strengthen your business. The Holy Spirit is at work helping us in our weaknesses. When we are lost, the Spirit intercedes for us in a way no words can express. Our hearts reveal the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit mediates according to God's will. (Rm 8:26-27) There are spiritual laws that direct what happens when Christians declare their thoughts. As Christian, we need to know about the importance of these spiritual laws. We have to faithfully choose the words that we speak concerning our situations, because they have a profound effect on our life. Have you ever noticed people who are constantly murmuring and complaining, scornful and depressed, they always have plenty of problems to complain about? It is always about their problems and they are constantly looking for people to feel sorry for them. What do you do when you are experiencing a bad day? Do you make it a point to tell everyone within listening distance how bad things are or do you reassure yourself with words and thoughts to make the situation better? I recently heard a story about a Christian business man who was struggling with growing his business. He was constantly murmuring and complaining to family members that even though he tithed faithfully and worked very hard, his business was starting to falter. One day his brother took him to lunch and reminded him of a few scriptures. He reminded him that God hates murmuring and complaining because: (1) it is a sign of unbelief, (2) it leads to rebellion, (3) it reflects an unfaithful heart and most of all (4) it grieves the Holy Spirit (Eph 4:29-30). His brother told him that his words affect everything around him. They can build or destroy (Prov 18:21). His brother gave him one last bit of advice; he told him, instead of tithing on what he made why not tithe on what you wanted to be making. The rest is history, today (3 years later) the man had to move his Christian business into a larger building to accommodate his growth. Christians who are familiar with James(3:3-6), know we should guard what we think and say, for the tongue sets the course of our lives. Philippians tell us that whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Achieving Your 2009 New Year Resolutions
Copyright © Leon Bowes http://www.HonestlyFreeHomeBiz.comNew Years is a time people like to make resolutions and end up breaking them a few days or weeks later. Why is it that so many people fail to keep their New Year's resolutions and what is the secret to being one of the few who reaches their goal by keeping your resolution. Here are some tips to help you keep your 2009 New Year Resolutions and achieve your goals. 1. Don't make a big list of New Year Resolutions. One of the many reasons people fail to keep their resolutions is they make too many. It is better to make one resolution and focus your attention on achieving it. The more resolutions you claim, the more you will spread thin your attention and diminish your efforts making it more difficult to achieve any of them. 2. Focus on something that you feel strongly about attaining. A lot of people make a general list they think would be good to achieve without ever feeling any deep emotional commitment to them. Don't make the standard resolutions like everyone else does. 3. Be specific, set intermediate goals and keep track of your progress. Each time you achieve one of your milestones, reward yourself. It would be a good idea to set out an outline of rewards at the same time you write down your short-term goals. 4. Now go and tell everybody about your 2009 New Year Resolutions! Put some external pressure on yourself to succeed, and this will help you to focus on achieving your resolution. If you have a friend who has also made a New Year's resolution make a pact to hold each other to account. 5. Cut yourself some slack, both in your planning and in your achieving of your goals. Keep your plans flexible enough so if you fall behind you will be able to find time in your schedule to redouble your efforts or make up for lost time. However, do not beat yourself up with negative thinking if you are unable to do this. 6. Get a head start! You will want to make a special effort in the first few weeks so to turn your resolution into a habit. Aim to achieve one or two short-term goals in the first month or six weeks and then it will be much easier to keep going throughout the rest of the year. Finally, if nothing goes right, re-evaluate whether the 2009 New Year Resolutions are really right for you. If after further contemplation, it is something that you still want to achieve; then learn from your mistakes, hold your head high, start over, and press towards the goal.
